Universal chloroprene one-component contact adhesive for flat application. It has excellent adhesion to most surfaces. It is a versatile water and aging resistant adhesive for professional use.
Bonding:
Red adhesive Hranicon 50 has a strong initial tack and high final strength. All work with Hranicon 50 should be carried out in a well-ventilated area away from ignition sources due to its flammable nature. You should not smoke while working with glue. Hranicon 50 is not recommended for bonding PP, PE and PCV solids, but is also unsuitable for polystyrene foam and other solvent-sensitive surfaces.

Application:
Smooth surfaces (rubber, leather) prepare to bonding by scratching with sandpaper and remove formed dust. The surface must be uniform, even, dry, dust-free, without scratches and cracks, free from contamination and substances hindering adhesion. We recommend testing the adhesion before bonding.
Apply adhesive using spraying gun on both surfaces with a 1.4-2.0 mm nozzle, under 4-6 bar pressure. Let dry up to 3-10 minutes. Surfaces can be joined, when applied adhesive layer does not pull out (does not form fibers) when touched and is not wet but is still sticky. Join the surfaces together and press. After connection of bonded materials, correction is possible within few minutes. Full joint strength is achieved after 3 days from the time of bonding.
Application temperature from 16 to 25 °C.
Before curing you can clean it by acetone or by versatile cleaning agent Hraniclean 01. After curing clean it mechanically. Do not wash hands with solvents.
