We are still here for you

We would like to ensure you that we take the current situation very seriously. Our highest priority is the health of our employees and their families, our customers and suppliers. Therefore, we´ve started with crisis management and the precautions already 7th January as one of the first companies.

Please find below a short list of measures our company has taken. We update these measures daily.

Since January

• We have appointed crisis managers having daily meetings, incl. weekends until these days.
• We communicate exact hygienic instructions to our employees.
• We have limited all business trips abroad.
• If any of our employees were on vacation or business trips abroad, he has to take 14 days quarantine at home before they return to work. This is valid for all countries.
• We use conference calls and other means of communication.
• Administrative employees work from their homes.
• We have prohibited receiving visitors from crisis-affected destinations.

Since February

• Every employee regularly receives protective equipment and a disinfection agent.
• Any employee coming from abroad stays in quarantine.
• We have prohibited visitors and external people in Hranipex HQ or branches.
• Delivery and pick up drivers are stopped before the gates where they receive a mask and instructions. They are not allowed to enter the inside of the docking gates or to get close to our employees.
• We run daily cleaning with higher doses of disinfection in the company.
• Twice per week complete company goes through overall disinfection including tables, mouse, keyboards, etc., done by a specialized company.
• We measure the temperature of anyone entering the HQ.
• We provide protective shields and vitamins to our employees.
