Interzum 2019: Our stand was fitted out in the spirit of personal care and perfect service. Have a look.
In order to let visitors to the Interzum stand know what first-class care really means, the design stand offered comfort, a sufficient number of experts, and good fresh food and drink prepared directly on site.
Without perfect edges, furniture would never be perfect. Only a high-quality, perfectly colour-matched edge with the same structure as the board ensures the perfect appearance of a new fitted kitchen or other furniture. It is also possible to make bold combinations of coloured edges and various board decors. Our stand even offered a combination of natural birch boards and a colour range of ABS edges. This design element was impossible to miss, and many visitors to Interzum took photographs of it.
that we have also gathered tfor your on the fairs Ligna and Interzum:
Augmented reality that we´ve already known from the Fittings segment is being developed for the machine operation. We´re speaking e.g. of special glasses that help the operators to operate the machine faster, safer and with higher precision. It also makes easier placing the parts in the machine, measure them or finding and repairing the issues etc.
Laminated boards try to tackle more senses than traditional vision. We´re speaking of improved haptics and also about room acoustics and well-being in general.
Many woodworking machine manufacturers are trying to employ as much robotics as possible – from cutting to edge-banding without the human involvement (e.g. automatic machinery set-up according to the technical parameters of the processed material). It is obvious that the industry tries to make a stronger link between the machinery and the project documentation or BIM systems, thus improving the automation. Many of the big manufacturers also try to create a complete and automated manufacturing hub.
Digitalized organization of the edges in the workshop.
More and more companies dedicate themselves to Digital Printing. However, there´s still a number of questions flying in the air, like stability of the production, inks that are used (UV vs. Water based), color system – CMYK vs. other (e.g. Hexachrome/Direct colors).
MFC board producers will have wider and more fragmented collections – both in decors and structure.
In Adhesives there´s and obvious PUR trend especially towards Low Emission products (MDI being replaced by TDI or lowering the MDI content).
As PUR glues are bigger and bigger. A system for coloring PUR adhesives during edge-banding is being developed. Hranipex is actively involved in this development.
There is a growing requirement for a bigger resistance of the glues, which can result in a growth in the demand of PO and APAO glues.
“Bio”, “Eco” and “No Formaldehyde”, simply a “green trend” is more and more a topic.
